A day trip to Sefton Biv (there and back from Mt Cook village) has been scheduled for Saturday 22 April.  Although a day trip, the plan is to travel to the Whitehorse camping area at Mt Cook on the Friday evening and camp there that night, to allow for an early start the next morning.  Travel back to Timaru would be on the Saturday evening.

A high level of fitness and experience (and a good head for heights!) will be required for this trip.

This trip will obviously be weather-dependent, so the final decision on whether or not it goes ahead as planned may not be made until sometime on the Friday.
