Our 2025 AGM will be held on Monday 10 March, starting at 7:30 pm at our usual meeting venue – Church Street Bible Chapel Hall, corner Church Street and Avenue Road, Timaru. .

All members are welcome to attend, along with anybody else interested in finding out about the club’s activities.  Don’t be afraid to come along. You won’t be press-ganged into joining the committee or taking any of the other roles up for grabs or organising trips – unless you want to!!

Once the AGM part is over we can all have a casual discussion about the sort of things we would like to see the club doing for the rest of the year.

There will also be an opportunity to show photos of any trips you have done – so if you can get them on a pen-drive we will display them on the screen.
