This area is 6 km southwest of Fairlie, on the slopes of the Albury Range.  The track starts on an easement across farm land, then climbs, offering good views over the Fairlie Basin and towards the Southern Alps.  The trip will most likely be out and back via the same route, though a round trip may be possible (providing the necessary approvals can be arranged beforehand).
