Beuzenberg Peak (2070 m) is just to the NW of Stag Saddle, the highest point of the Te Araroa Trail. It can be accessed via a long ridge which starts near Rex Simpson Hut, which is near Mt Gerald Station. From the peak there are good views of Lake Tekapo and the surrounding areas. A good level of fitness will be required for this trip.
