Potts Hut is located up the Potts River, in the Ashburton Lakes area.  It is a 10 bunk hut, dating from 1899.  The plan is to start at the Potts River carpark and walk into the hut via Mystery Lake, returning by the same route the following day.  A moderate level of fitness will be required for this trip.
