This quaint hut is a relic from the mustering days, but has had a makeover in recent years. It is nestled beneath a hill in a wide valley near Fox Peak and is a great place to walk to for lunch.

Walking time is about 2.5 hours each way, starting at the DoC carpark beside the Fox Peak Skifield access road.

Grade: Easy to Moderate
